How Do We Do Family Therapy?
Our therapists will look at and listen to the whole family without judging them to find out what’s going on and help them move forward. We talk to the family about goals and how to achieve them. Then, we work with each family to figure out what to do next. Hence, we are flexible and adapt to the needs of each family because they are different.
How Many Family Counselling Sessions Do I need?
Most of the time, sessions last between three and ten weeks, but some families may need more time. Our therapists check in with everyone on a regular basis to make sure you are on the same page and that progress is being made. We all work together to figure out how many sessions are needed, and we discuss what will happen during sessions.

We usually deal with problems like communication breakdowns, resolving conflicts, and finding ways to work through differences. We adapt how we work with each family member to meet their specific needs.
